Delivery policy

*Standard Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £65.00 excluding vat. Any orders under £65.00+vat will incur a £5.99 ex vat delivery charge. Most of the orders are usually despatched within the same day and are delivered next working day within London and postcodes mentioned below see table (subject to stock availability and if you order within 5.00 p.m). Our standard delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days to deliver within the UK Mainland, however, it can be 5 working days in some cases if the product is not in stock. Currently, we are not delivering to Northern Ireland and Scotland.

Any goods returned as undeliverable will be held until we receive alternative delivery instructions from the customer and we may need to make additional re-delivery charges.

All products and services listed on the company website are subject to availability/stock and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled because of any reason we will notify you by phone or email and will ensure a full refund as soon as possible. We are more than happy to inform you if we restore the product and could deliver it to you.
