Known for its versatility, olive wood is strong with a striking appearance. Due to the olive tree's distinctive grain, each piece has its own unique features. Olive wood is a natural product with each piece being carefully crafted by hand, therefore, the size, shape and finish will vary between pieces. The board is 2-2.2cm thick giving a premium heavyweight feel and ensuring a longer life. To help prolong the life of your board it should be occasionally coated with olive oil to prevent the wood from drying out. Wooden serving boards are not dishwasher safe, they should not be soaked but can be washed in warm soapy water.
